About this center:
here have very good teachers & classes such as
Ninie (Yoga Ambassador of Adidas), Azmi (Ashtangi), Ken
Lim (Well known Pilates instructor) and Lila (Specialist
in Prenatal, Kids and Partner Yoga). They have Classes
from 7am to 830pm which can let me arrange my own
schedule freely. Besides attending normal Harta &
Ashtanga Classes, I love their Partner Yoga very much
which always enhance my relationship with boy friend.
