We like to keep it simple, and this is how simple the whole process is.

The below guide will explain the whole pickup up till
delivery process.

Shipper make initial contact
by emailing or filling up our online form.
We will then obtain below
information which are mandatory:
1. Weight of shipment (actual or estimate)
2. Dimension of the box in centimeter (cm) e.g. 20cm(l) x
20cm(w) x 20cm(h)
3. Content of shipment
4. Value of item
5. How the item(s) is packed
6. Pickup location and time/date
7. Delivery address and time/date
8. Full contact details of shipper
9. Full contact details of receiver
10. Picture of the shipment via email
If accepted:
1. We will quote price based on the chargeable weight, either
ACTUAL or
VOLUMETRIC.
2. There will be additional deposit of 50% from the price quoted
as deposit.
- E.g. RM30 is the price. This means total price to pay is RM30
+50% = RM45
- Deposit will be refunded once shipment is moved out with
confirmed chargeable weight
- Any differences will be deducted or added when balance is
refunded.
- Timeline of refund will be within 1 working day after shipment
move out
- Must obtain full bank details of shipper for refund purpose
3. Confirm shipment date
4. Prepare airwaybill (airwaybill is the document which is
needed to be attached to your shipment)
5. Send airwaybill to shipper via email
Shipper will then:
1. Print out airwaybill
2. Paste on carton box/boxes
3. Inform back to us on the shipment status and confirm a pickup
day
Upon getting the confirmation:
1. We will then arrange for pickup day
Upon pickup:
1. We will then check the shipment details
a. Weight
b. Dimension
2. We will then send feedback to customer on pickup details
(attach proof of details from service provider website)
3. Work on refund back to you, if any.
Shipment tracking:
We will update back to you on the movement status, which is
based on delivered time/day.
This will be done by SMS and email.
