| Believe it or not, there are certain ways to take care of
your sticky mats, thus giving a longer lifespan to it. Proper
care on your Yoga mat begins when you start using it. Here are
some simple tips to keep your mat in tip top condition for a
more enjoyable Yoga experience. |

| Tip 1: |
| Newly acquired sticky mats may have a thin oily
finishing on the surface during production. You might
want to remove this simply by washing the mat with water
or wiping the mat with water & slight vinegar solution.
You could also use a wet sponge and wipe the mat surface
to remove this layer. Make sure the mat is completely
dry and moist free before using it. |

| Tip 2: |
Be kind to your mat and roll your mat the right way.
Ensure the sticky side is out whenever you roll your
mat. Apart from that, this keeps the mat from rolling
upwards during your Yoga practice.
(sticky side refers to the side which has small beaded
surface) |

Tip 3: |
| You could be a sweat machine and find yourself constantly
sweating during Yoga practice. This may lead to some slippery
conditions. To have a better grip, you can place a big towel to
cover the mat and help to absorb your excess sweat. |

| Tip 4: |
| For regular users of the mat, you can wash it from time to
time to keep it clean and hygienic. Wash your mat with water or
a slight soap solution. Again, remember to dry your mat
completely before using it again. |
