If sports is on your mind, perhaps you can check out the locals here playing a Malaysian favourite sport called "badminton". There are a few badminton halls over in Kulim. The more popular ones are the badminton hall over in Chinese Recreation Club where they have a combination of badminton, squash, table tennis and tennis as well as swimming.
 

There are other past time activities as well, such as the local gymnasium, line dancing, yoga and even martial arts.
